Motivation

One of the most important thing in life is being health, without it you can not do anything and only require a few mintues a day to improve health dramatically, the most important thing being doing it regularly.

One of the counter-intuitive things for human is Compounding, most of things in life are compoundable e.g relationship, investment etc,

The rule of compounding states that if you managed to be 1% better than you were yesterday and keep doing it over a year, you will be around 37% better than yourself last year

1.01^365 = 37.78

so making simple day routines and habits are important to improve myself.

Routines

Here are the things I been doing as daily routines, I don’t expect to be better every single day, but I do feel better after doing it daily and enjoy doing it.

Morning

  1. Wake up -> Listen to Podcast
  2. Drink a glass of water
  3. 50 Sit ups
  4. 50 Squats
  5. 50 Push ups
  6. Read for 10 minutes
  7. Read news for 5 minutes

Before bed

  1. Stop using electronics half an hours before bed
  2. Write simple summary about the day
  3. Read for a bit

Sometimes its very hard to do all of them, but I will try my best to do it.
